... we made it ...

 

i've been posting photos to instagram for days,

but i figured that it was time for a real blog update,

ya know, just in case you're not an instagram ... er ... ;)

we made it to grants pass after a 13 hour drive last saturday!

it was a long day, but we drove it all in one

so that we wouldn't have to sedate rascal for more than one day!

she was a champ! she did so great, and we are so grateful!!

the day was long, and we were so ready to get out of the car,

so when we pulled into our new driveway, we were stoked!!

my parents beat us to grants pass with the truck by about 2 hours,

and nate's parents and tom met up with us on sunday morning,

and the unloading and most of the unpacking was done

by the time they all left on monday!

we did get time to check out the local cuisine and a local park -

a break from unpacking was definitely needed!

we are loving our new place!

we have so much space, and it is only about 6 years old,

so it is in wonderful shape!!

we have both had this week off, so we're taking our time getting set up,

checking out the area and local eateries, and catching up on much needed sleep!

i have so many more pictures to post from events before we moved,

so look out for many, many blog posts - and don't expect them to be in order :)
