... the perfect weekend ...

For some reason over the summer we decided that a trip to Utah wasn’t enough. Just a few weekends after we got back we packed up and headed to the Coast for the weekend! This weekend, with these kiddos, at our most favorite place on earth, was the perfect weekend!

Wiggler LOVED playing in the Sand and dipping her toes in the water! Mr. Tease LOVED building sand castles, flying his kite and running from the waves with Nate & I. We spent some time at the Kite Festival in Brookings, we ate fresh fish at the Brookings Harbor, we spent the night in a hotel at Gold Beach, we stopped at the Redwoods on our way home and we had SO much fun!

It was truly a perfect weekend with them and we are so grateful that we were able to have this experience with them!

Hey all! On the off chance that you are looking at this blog and you're following along with what is going on in our little world, I wanted to let you know that I'm making our Foster Parent Blog private, the sole reason for being that for the last year and a half our would has revolved around having little people in our home. In order to give you a true glimpse of what is really happening in our world, I'd love to be able to share a little more (nothing that I shouldn't, I'm just super worried about protecting the kiddos) and as such, that blog will now be by invitation only! I will be updating that one regularly while we've got kiddos with us. If we've had activities that don't include the kiddos, they will be posted here!
